Customer should be registered as member first. Please fill the Registration Form in Login section with compulsory supporting documents needed such as Identity Card (KTP) and Tax Identity Number (NPWP).

Everyday delivery for all areas beyond Bali is available using selected logistic services. Free delivery within selected Bali area is available based on our delivery schedule (insert delivery schedule) with terms & condition applied.
All items received by customer should be checked upon arrival. All missing, broken or damaged items should be reported within 24 hours from the receiving date. Lotus Food Services will not take responsibility for any complaints received after 24 hours.
