Ingredients:
100 g Seafood Fried Flour
2-3 pcs Dory Fillet
150 ml Ice Water

How to Make:
1. Prepare the Dory Fillet Fish, add seasoning salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime evenly. Leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
2. Prepare the container, mix the Seafood Fried Flour and Ice Water, stirring well.
3. Dip Dory Fillet Fish into wet flour dough,
4. Fry into hot oil over medium heat at 160'C - 165'C for ± 6 - 8 minutes.
